IMDAAD GRABS FOUR WINS AT 2016 FMME AWARDS

Imdaad, a leading provider of integrated facilities, environment and energy management solutions in the GCC, was named the winner across four categories at the 2016 Facilities Management Middle East (fmME) Awards held yesterday (May 31, 2016) at the Conrad Dubai Hotel. The company won key categories that included ?Technology Implementation of the Year,? ?Sanitation and Waste Management Company of the Year? and ?Facilities Manager of the Year,? which was awarded to Bhaskar Balasubramaniam, one of the company’s Senior Facilities Managers. In addition, Imdaad?s soft FM services subsidiary, Isnaad bagged 2nd place in the ‘Cleaning Company of the Year’ category. The awards were given in recognition of Imdaad?s continuing commitment towards the achievement of excellence and the development and implementation of key programs and initiatives that are aimed at driving in growth and development for the FM industry. The fmME Awards had been an important platform for recognizing the outstanding achievements of individuals and companies in the facilities management (FM) industry in the Middle East over the last nine years.

The ?Technology Implementation of the Year? award gives recognition to the pioneering launch of its Intelligent Network Operations Centre (INOC) in 2016, which leverages the available technologies and data in both Hard and Soft FM services to deliver a 360-degree view of the building, while actively remote-managing client assets through internet connectivity to ensure comfort and give owners a sense of control. The company was also recognized for its automation of its internal procedures, deployment of integrated intranet solutions such as I-Recruitment, Employee Self-Service and Employee Performance Management. For the enhancement of its service delivery and customer experience, Fleet Management and Online Payment Portal solutions have also been utilized.

Meanwhile, the ?Sanitation and Waste Management Company of the Year? award was given to the company in honor of the excellent performance rendered by its Environmental Services Division, which handles the company?s waste collection and waste water management services. The division’s strategic performance and offer of world class, high quality services led to high revenues–consolidating its position as a leading provider of waste collection & waste water management services in Dubai and among the top three waste management companies in UAE.

One of the company’s senior officials, Bhaskar Balasubramaniam, was honored as ?Facilities Manager of the Year.? Bhaskar’s dynamic leadership skills and dedication to his work has earned him the recognition of his peers. He currently helps in handling 10 FM and Infrastructure Management projects.
